The Republican Final Stage of the “Student League” Handball Competition, hosted in Surkhandarya Region, concluded with a high level of organisation and intense, highly competitive matches.
Representing the region with distinction, the handball teams of Termez State University once again demonstrated their skill, determination, and true championship spirit at this prestigious tournament.
According to the final results:
- the men's team won the national championship title;
- the women's team secured an impressive third place.
A total of 419 student-athletes and coaches from 14 regions of Uzbekistan participated in the Republican Final Stage of the Student League.
The final matches and the award ceremony were attended by university leadership, officials of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, regional authorities, and members of the wider public.
