The activities of the “Registrar’s Office” at Kokand State University were studied.
A working group from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan studied the activities of the "Registrar's Office" at Kokand State University. During the visit, the group conducted a thorough analysis of several aspects, including the modern conditions created at the office, its functional areas, the quality of services provided to students, the digitalization of work processes, the existing material and technical base, and the professional qualifications of the staff.
It should be noted that the "Registrar's Office" operates with the aim of introducing advanced and modern management mechanisms into the higher education system, providing prompt and high-quality services to students and academic staff, fully digitalizing academic processes, and creating transparent and user-friendly services.
Based on the study conducted by the working group, specific proposals and recommendations were developed to further improve the activities of the Registrar's Office, make full and effective use of existing opportunities, and enhance the quality of services provided.
