The rector reviewed the living conditions of students residing in rented accommodation
Today, the rector of Kokand State University, Dilnoza Khodjayeva, together with a group of responsible officials, visited and inspected the accommodation and living conditions of students residing in rented housing. The main purpose of this visit was to review existing issues on-site and to determine the necessary measures to ensure the safety and comfortable living conditions of students during the autumn–winter season.
During the inspection, factors such as the heating system, electricity and gas supply, and thermal insulation in rented apartments were examined. Compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards, the availability of fire safety equipment, and access to drinking water also received special attention.
During the visit, Rector Dilnoza Khodjayeva held direct conversations with the students and listened to their opinions and feedback.
Based on the students’ suggestions, identified shortcomings, and existing needs, specific tasks were assigned to the responsible officials.
The rector also emphasized that supporting students, strengthening their social protection, and creating a safe and healthy environment in rented housing are among the university administration’s top priorities.
This visit is an important part of the continuous monitoring system aimed at regularly overseeing students’ living conditions and ensuring their well-being.
