The scientific and practical conference highlighted the unity of family and education
At Kokand State University, a republican scientific and practical conference entitled “The Role of Parents in Child Upbringing: Modern Pedagogical and Psychological Approaches” was held in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University, and the international scientific journal “Science and Innovation.” During the event, participants thoroughly discussed issues related to strengthening cooperation among parents, educators, and psychologists in the process of child upbringing, the impact of the family environment on child development, and the practical implementation of advanced pedagogical and psychological approaches. In the opening session of the conference, Ahmadjon Husanov, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work of Kokand State University, delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of the close connection between family, educational institutions, and society in the upbringing of the younger generation.
Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Nigora Erkaboyeva, delivered a scientific lecture on the theoretical foundations of child upbringing, the preservation of family values, and the integration of modern approaches.
At the plenary session, presentations were also delivered by Professor Barno Sattarova of Tashkent University of Applied Sciences, Professor Nargiza Djamilova of Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University, Associate Professor Nurkhon Sultonova of Kokand State University, representatives of the Asian University of Technologies Eldor Rakhmatov and Bakhtiyor Jovliyev, Deputy Director of Preschool Education Institution No. 354 Nafisa Bazarova, and young researcher Durdona Abdushukurova.
During the presentations, important recommendations were proposed on creating a healthy family environment, developing children’s thinking, improving psychological analysis methods, and effectively using information technologies.
Articles presented at the conference are planned to be published in international scientific databases such as Index Copernicus (Poland), Zenodo, Open Aire (Europe), and Cyberleninka (Russia). Each article will be indexed in Google Scholar and assigned a DOI number. Participants received electronic certificates, PDF versions of their articles, and indexation confirmation documents.
This scientific and practical conference played a significant role in strengthening the scientific basis of ongoing reforms in education and upbringing, developing the institution of the family, and enhancing parents’ pedagogical culture in our country.
