UI GreenMetric 2025: TISU Ranks Among the World’s TOP 1000 Universities

38 higher education institutions from Uzbekistan have been ranked among the TOP 1000 in the international global environmental ranking. It is particularly noteworthy that Termiz University of Economics and Service is among them.

On December 5, the official results of the UI GreenMetric 2025 World University Rankings for environmental sustainability were announced in Taiwan. This year’s assessment included thousands of higher education institutions from 105 countries worldwide, including 79 higher education institutions from Uzbekistan. According to the ranking results, 38 universities from Uzbekistan entered the TOP 1000.

The results of this international ranking once again demonstrate the potential of Termiz University of Economics and Service and its consistent progress toward sustainable development. The university ranked 14th among higher education institutions in Uzbekistan and achieved absolute leadership among private universities, taking 1st place.
