UrSU Rector in China: Key Negotiations Held on the Establishment of a Branch in Khiva

As previously reported, the Rector of Urgench State University, Feruza Madrakhimova, is currently on an official visit to Liaoning Normal University in Dalian, People's Republic of China.
During the visit, negotiations were held with Vice-Rector Li Yujun, the Head of the International Cooperation Department, and directors of various institutes. The discussions focused on the organizational processes for establishing a branch of Liaoning Normal University in the city of Khiva. The parties thoroughly reviewed the essence of the tripartite agreement signed between the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Liaoning Normal University, and UrSU, outlining the specific tasks, powers, and obligations of each partner. The visit is ongoing.
