Winter Break and the Educational Process at Kokand State University Will Be Organized in Accordance with the Established Procedure
In order to ensure the implementation of the relevant order of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the necessary measures have been determined at Kokand State University to organize the educational process within the autumn semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.
In accordance with the order, the winter break at the university has been set from December 28, 2025, to January 10, 2026. The educational process and assessment activities for the autumn semester will continue from January 12, 2026, based on the approved schedule.
All information regarding the final assessments of the autumn semester will be communicated to students within one week, ensuring that final examinations are conducted transparently and in compliance with established standards.
During holidays and vacation periods, special attention will be paid to ensuring student safety and organizing their leisure time in a meaningful manner.
Additionally, starting from December 25, 2025, tutors will conduct continuous monitoring of students’ safe return to their permanent places of residence and their activities during the winter break.
These measures are aimed at ensuring the continuity of the educational process, improving the quality of education, and strengthening the priority of student safety.
