Zulfiyakhonim — A Symbol of Loyalty and Devotion
A spiritual and educational event entitled “Zulfiyakhonim — A Symbol of Loyalty and Devotion” was held at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Social Sciences to mark the 111th anniversary of the birth of Zulfiya Isroilova, a prominent figure in Uzbek literature who made a significant contribution to the development of national literature through her profound and distinctive creative work.
The event aimed to promote the masterpieces of Uzbek literature, strengthen young people's respect for national values and their appreciation of literature, and highlight the spiritual and educational dimensions of the image of women through Zulfiya's literary legacy. Faculty members discussed the poet's life and career, her creative heritage, her contribution to the development of Uzbek literature, and the profound artistic expression of such themes in her poetry as loyalty, devotion, love for the homeland, and the role of women in society.
In their speeches, the faculty members particularly emphasized the importance of Zulfiya's work in educating today's youth, especially female students. It was noted that her poetry, rich in life lessons, encourages the younger generation to pursue spiritual maturity, strong willpower, and high moral qualities. It was also emphasized that Zulfiya's legacy represents the honor, loyalty, and resilience of Uzbek women.
