Business management in the conditions of renewal and modernization of the economy, its main principles, the essence, subject and methods of management, the main principles of management, the main requirements and types of goals for the purpose of management, the characteristics of innovation management in scientific institutions, the history of the development of management, the basics of modern management , management theory, trends in management theory, management in the process of transition to a market economy in Uzbekistan, some foreign experiences in management, functions and methods of business management, functions of business management, economic methods of management, forms of ownership relations.
Content and curriculum
The main types and composition of business processes, the process of expropriation of property, personnel management of business entities, the concept of personnel management and informal organizations, management of social relations, the role of human needs in personnel management, the content and evolution of corporate governance in business, the concept of corporate governance, joint stock company institutional foundations of corporate management, information supply of the management process, stages of the origin and development of corporate management, specific features of agribusiness management, the nature of the farm, its organizational, economic and legal foundations, the principles of the organization of the farm and special attention is paid to the fact that he should know and be able to use methods and ways to analyze the basics of farm management, expansion opportunities and competition.
