About the programme
This educational program aims to provide students with both theoretical and practical foundations of the art of dramatic theatre directing, encompassing the main elements and genres of directing, the specifics of dramatic theatre directing, its socio-moral and aesthetic significance, and the application of these aspects in practice.
To achieve this goal, students develop practical skills and approach the performance process methodically and creatively.
The program spans 7 semesters (4 years), during which students must accumulate 240 credits.

Structure of the Educational Process:

Theoretical and practical training: 105 weeks (Semesters 1–7)

The GPA indicator is determined in the third week of August.

The "Dramatic Theatre Directing" course is taught in 7 parts.

The "Acting Skills" course is taught in 6 parts.

The "Stage Speech" course is taught in 6 parts.

Based on the curriculum, it is permissible to adjust the volume of academic blocks by up to 5% and the volume of subjects within blocks by up to 10%, while maintaining the overall weekly student workload.

Classes may be conducted individually (1–4 students), in small groups (2–12 students), in groups (13–25 students), and in combined academic groups (up to 100 students).

The final state certification includes the defense of the final qualifying project.

Practical and laboratory sessions for specialized subjects are conducted in higher education institutions and base organizations and enterprises.

To ensure the unity of theory and practice, students' qualification internships are conducted in base organizations and enterprises.

The "Physical Education and Sports" course is taught as an elective.

The curriculum allocates rehearsal hours for the courses "Vocal", "Rhythmics-Plastics", "Dance", "Stage Movement", and "Stage Combat".
