Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics and Electrical Technologies (by industry)
The Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics and Electrical Technologies programme provides students with
comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the generation, transmission, distribution, and efficient use of
electrical energy, the design of electromechanical systems, and the operation of modern electrotechnical devices. The
curriculum integrates fundamental physical-mathematical disciplines with cutting-edge digital energy technologies.
Programme Objectives
To train highly qualified electrical engineers capable of designing electrical systems, managing power plants and
grids, ensuring energy efficiency, and developing next-generation electromechanical devices.

Graduates can work as power engineers in power plants and energy networks, chief energy engineers at industrial
enterprises, specialists in organisations such as Uzbekenergo and Uzatom, design engineers in project institutes,
experts in renewable energy companies, engineers in the field of automation and robotics, as well as launch their own
businesses in electrical installation or energy consulting.
