About the programme
This master's program is designed for the advanced study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of historical research. Students acquire in-depth knowledge of historiography, historical source studies, archival science, methods of historical criticism, and contemporary research methodologies. Throughout the program, they develop practical skills in the scientific description, analysis, preservation, and digitization of historical documents and manuscripts. The curriculum also includes the application of modern information technologies for developing historical databases, managing digital archives, and conducting advanced historical analysis. By combining traditional historical scholarship with digital research tools, the program prepares graduates for academic and professional careers in historical research and cultural heritage preservation.
