History

The "History" program (distance learning format) is designed to develop students' in-depth and systematic knowledge, skills, and competencies in studying world history and the history of Uzbekistan, analyzing historical events, and conducting scholarly research.

Throughout the program, students master the periods of ancient civilization, the Middle Ages, modern and contemporary history, the fundamentals of source studies and historiography, and the disciplines of archaeology and ethnography, as well as acquire practical skills in analyzing historical documents and sources.

The educational process is organized through modern distance learning platforms, allowing students to study regardless of time and location. The program includes video lectures, interactive assignments, online testing and exams, as well as opportunities for remote consultations with instructors.

Graduates have the opportunity to work in educational institutions as history teachers, in research institutes as historians, or as museum and archive employees, as well as in the fields of cultural heritage and tourism.
