Brief Description:

The objective of the program is to equip students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills for effective human resource management in organizations and enterprises, as well as to develop competencies in workforce planning, recruitment, placement, motivation, evaluation, development, and the management of labor relations.

Internship / Practical Training:

In accordance with the curriculum, students undergo industrial and professional internships. Internships are organized in state organizations, private enterprises, joint-stock companies, banks, consulting firms, small businesses, entrepreneurial entities, and non-governmental non-profit organizations. During the internship, students gain practical experience in managerial activities, business processes, and corporate performance analysis.
