Information
Land cadastre and land management is one of the important and promising fields aimed at efficient management and rational use of land resources, registration and valuation of land parcels, and rational organization of territories. This field covers land fund management, determination of land parcel boundaries, development of cadastral data, assessment of land value and condition, and implementation of land management measures required for territorial development.
The Land Cadastre and Land Management programme at Bukhara State Technical University trains highly qualified specialists in land resource management, state land cadastre administration, land parcel registration, land valuation, territorial planning, and the development of cadastral data using modern geoinformation technologies. The educational programme combines theoretical knowledge with geodetic surveying, GIS technologies, modern cadastral software, laboratory training, and practical projects.

Land Valuation – determination of economic and value indicators of land parcels and assessment of land productivity and efficiency of use.

Real Estate Cadastre – registration and identification of buildings, structures, and other real estate objects and management of cadastral data.
