About the programme
This educational program belongs to the field of Business, Management, and Law and encompasses all sectors related to management processes. Within the program, students acquire fundamental knowledge and professional skills in the field of Management. In the modern context, this field is among the most in-demand and promising areas for future careers.
Over the course of four years, students develop a wide range of theoretical and practical competencies in management. They study essential disciplines related to production organization, optimization of organizational structures, efficient resource utilization, development and implementation of organizational (enterprise) development strategies, planning, and execution of managerial activities. In addition, students gain skills in strategic analysis, assessment of economic growth, and the development and implementation of strategies aimed at ensuring organizational competitiveness.
The program also provides knowledge in enterprise activity planning, economic calculations and analytical methods, application of methodological guidelines, familiarity with legal and regulatory documents, and the organization of planning processes. Future managers study the planning of production operations and the resources required for the effective functioning of enterprises across various sectors.

To successfully complete the educational program, a student must earn 240 credits over 8 semesters (4 years).
This includes:
Total classroom hours: 6300 hours
Qualification (industrial) internship: 900 hours
Upon completion of the program, graduates are awarded the qualification Manager.
