Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering
Materials science and materials technology
About the programme
Materials Science and Materials Technology is a discipline that studies the composition, structure, properties, and processing methods of materials. It deals with:
Analysis of the properties of metals, ceramics, composites, and polymers;
Studying production and processing technologies (e.g., casting metal pipes, nuclear thermal engineering, 3D printing, etc.);
Testing and evaluating critical characteristics such as strength, durability, and corrosion resistance;
Conducting scientific research on advanced materials (e.g., nanomaterials, biomaterials, and renewable materials
