About the programme

 Russian Language in Non-Russian Speaking Groups — Bachelor's Programme

  This academic programme is designed to train highly qualified pedagogical specialists capable of teaching Russian to
  learners for whom it is not a native language. Grounded in modern linguodidactics, comparative linguistics and
  intercultural communication, the programme integrates theoretical knowledge with practical teaching competencies.

  Programme Objectives

  The primary aim is to prepare competitive professionals who command the Russian language at C1–C2 level, master
  contemporary teaching methodologies, and are able to instruct effectively in multilingual classrooms.

  • Modern Russian Language (phonetics, lexicology, morphology, syntax)
  • Methodology of Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language
  • Comparative Grammar (Russian–Uzbek)
  • History and Criticism of Russian Literature
  • Linguodidactics and Psycholinguistics

  • Text Analysis and Stylistics
  • Pedagogy and Developmental Psychology

  Career Opportunities

  Graduates may work as Russian language teachers in secondary schools, academic lyceums and vocational colleges; tutors
   and methodologists in language centres; lecturers and researchers at universities; translators and tour-guide
  interpreters; or as language specialists in international organisations and diplomatic missions.
