Philology and Language Teaching: Turkish

The Turkish Language program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical and practical foundations of the Turkish language, as well as the history, culture, and literature of the Republic of Türkiye. Throughout the program, students acquire solid knowledge in linguistics, translation studies, speech culture, and foreign language teaching methodology.

During their studies, students develop fluency in spoken Turkish, gain the ability to conduct professional correspondence, and acquire the skills required to translate texts from various fields. They also strengthen their ability to analyze cultural and economic relations between Türkiye and the countries of Central Asia.

Graduates are well prepared for careers as translators, educators, researchers, and specialists in international cooperation.
