About the programme
Philology and Language Teaching: Turkish is a promising programme for students who want to master Turkish, learn modern language teaching methods and build a successful career in education, translation, international cooperation, tourism and intercultural communication.
Students study Turkish phonetics, grammar, lexicology, speaking and writing skills, Turkish literature, fundamentals of translation, language teaching methodology, pedagogy, psychology, information technologies and intercultural communication. The learning process combines academic knowledge, practical training, independent research and professional practice.
Graduates can work as Turkish language teachers, philologists, translators, editors, journalists, staff members of international organizations, and specialists in tourism, hospitality, education and consulting. For international students, the annual tuition fee starts from UZS 12,990,000 and may reach up to UZS 18,990,000 in accordance with the established procedure.
