- Optimization of organizational structures of citizens' self-government bodies, application of personnel management strategies, planning and implementation of events;
- Be able to conduct negotiations, meetings, business correspondence and online communication in places of residence of citizens;
- Continue postgraduate higher education in the chosen specialty within the framework of the relevant bachelor's degree.
