Description

The training of specialists in the master’s program “Sports Law” is carried out in a full-time education form.

This master’s specialty includes professional activities in state administration bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, courts, prosecution and other law enforcement agencies, advocacy structures, notary offices, state institutions engaged in foreign economic and political activities, international organizations, the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and sectoral research institutes and centers, as well as other commercial and non-commercial organizations.

It also covers legal activity, teaching, scientific-pedagogical and managerial activity in higher education, professional development and retraining institutions, secondary specialized and professional education institutions, as well as research and management activities in research institutes and other organizations regardless of ownership form.

Therefore, the master’s specialty “Sports Law” is considered one of the most relevant fields, playing an important role in the development of the modern sports system and strengthening its legal foundations.

During the 2-year program in “Sports Law”, you will gain extensive theoretical and practical knowledge and master the newest and most essential disciplines. Study with us and achieve your goals.

Within this educational program, you must accumulate a total of 120 credits over 4 semesters (2 years).

Including:

• Total classroom hours: 900 hours
• Research work and master’s thesis preparation: 1110 hours
• Scientific-pedagogical work: 240 hours
• Scientific practice (internship): 450 hours

Structure of the educational process

Additional notes:

1. 1 credit equals 30 academic hours.
2. Final state attestation includes preparation and defense of the master’s thesis.
3. Scientific practice is conducted in higher education institutions, research institutes, and basic organizations and enterprises. The first 5 weeks are conducted in customer organizations, and the next 10 weeks in specialty departments.
4. Based on the characteristics of this educational program and additional sports training sessions, theoretical education may be conducted online or in distance form.
