Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research

The Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research is a higher education institution that integrates education, science, and practical training. It offers all the necessary conditions for preparing highly qualified professionals in accordance with international standards.
The institute began its operations on September 8, 2021, based on License No. 0033 issued by the State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers, authorizing activities in the field of non-state educational services. Classrooms are equipped with interactive multimedia tools, including electronic whiteboards. The training laboratories are fitted with laboratory equipment that meets international standards. The Information Technology Center is equipped with the latest-generation computers. The Information Resource Center, worthy of admiration, contains encyclopedias, dictionaries, textbooks, and fiction literature. The Department of Medical and Biological Sciences features a simulation room, where subjects such as human anatomy and physiology are taught using medical mannequins and the latest model of the Pirogov anatomical table. At the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, a training and scientific-production pharmapark has been established, allowing students to prepare pharmaceutical products with their own hands during practical sessions. The pharmapark is fully equipped with all the necessary devices for the production of medicines.

The Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research offers international students an excellent academic environment and modern facilities. Our classrooms are equipped with advanced technology, allowing students to gain high-quality knowledge and prepare for real-world challenges in the fields of pharmacy and medicine.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, students visit private and public hospitals, clinics, and polyclinics every week, where they undergo hands-on training with real patients. These practical sessions allow students to apply their knowledge and interact with patients under the supervision of experienced professionals.
To ensure student comfort and well-being, we provide a modern dormitory equipped with all necessary amenities.

A number of students are making discoveries and participating in prestigious competitions with their inventions, achieving outstanding results.
Here are some recent accomplishments:
In the 2023–2024 academic year, about 20 students from the institute participated in the district stage of the "Heirs of Mirzo Ulugbek" competition, of which 9 became winners of the first (district) stage and advanced to the second (regional) stage.
In May, at the republican stage of the "Heirs of Mirzo Ulugbek" competition, organized by the "Ulugbek" Foundation for the Support of Talented Youth and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Marufjon Dilmurodov, a 4th-year pharmacy student, became the winner and was awarded a certificate and a cash prize equal to 20 times the base calculation amount.
In the Republican competition "Student of the Year – 2023", organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Dilnoza Orinova Jahongir qizi took 2nd place in the nomination "Most Active Student Entrepreneur of the Year" and received a 2nd-degree diploma, a cash prize equal to 10 times the base calculation amount, and commemorative gifts.
In the chemistry olympiad for female students, organized by "Uzkimyosanoat" JSC, the "Ziyo Forum" International Fund for the Development of Science and Education, and the Tashkent branch of the D.I. Mendeleev Russian Chemical-Technological University, Aziza Pashaqulova and her team presented an innovative project titled "Expanding the reserve of local medicinal plants, creating plantations, and introducing species" and won 2nd prize, receiving 15 million UZS.
At the "Made in Univer" innovation exhibition, over 20 student inventions were presented, and several projects were awarded prizes.
In the 2024 "Future Scientist" scientific ideas competition announced by the Innovation Development Agency and the Youth Academy, the projects “Dr.Sanil — cream and foam with snail extract” and “EctoProtez” were declared winners and awarded certificates. Marufjon Dilmurodov received 123,323,000 UZS and Dilnoza Orinova received 100,000,000 UZS in prize money.
