A branch of the Department of Constitutional Law has been opened at the Institute of Parliamentary Studies.
A practical branch of the Department of Constitutional Law of Tashkent State University of Law has been opened at the Institute of Parliamentary Studies. The event organized on this occasion was attended by the leadership of the Institute of Parliamentary Studies and TSUL, faculty members, and researchers.
The new practical branch was established to implement the tasks defined by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-232 dated November 26, 2025 "On measures for further reforming legal education and science in the Republic of Uzbekistan," aimed at strengthening the "education – research – practice" integration, bringing legal education closer to real law enforcement activities, and developing students' professional competencies. Thanks to this, students will be able to gain practical experience in the field of parliamentary law, lawmaking, and parliamentary oversight, conduct scientific research, and become directly acquainted with the legislative process.
Within the framework of the event, an updated memorandum of cooperation between the Institute of Parliamentary Studies and TSUL was also signed.
