A face-to-face meeting with future educators
Today, the attention given to young people in our country is reflected in every educational institution in an atmosphere of special solemnity, high recognition, and sincere care. In particular, open dialogues, meetings, and exchanges of ideas organized in higher education institutions create broad opportunities for young people not only to gain knowledge but also to express their thoughts freely. In particular, the meeting held by the Rector of Qo‘qon davlat universiteti, Dilnoza Xodjayeva, with the students of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology became a true source of inspiration and an unforgettable event for knowledge-seeking and ambitious youth.
At the beginning of the meeting, the university rector spoke in detail about the modern requirements placed on today’s students, emphasizing in particular that young people should not limit themselves only to theoretical knowledge, but must also acquire such important skills as independent thinking, a creative approach, and the ability to keep pace with the times. She also noted that raising a well-rounded generation with high spirituality, patriotism, and the ability to find its place in society is the top priority of every educator.
“You are the architects of tomorrow, the future educators. Seeing the enthusiasm, aspiration, and confidence in each of your eyes, I am once again convinced that the future of our university, and indeed our country, is in reliable hands. Every one of your achievements is our shared achievement,” said Dilnoza Xodjayeva sincerely.
During the meeting, students actively participated by asking questions on pressing issues and presenting their proposals and initiatives. In particular, issues such as improving the educational process based on modern methods, increasing the share of practical training, developing the professional skills of young educators, and supporting various social and innovative projects were widely discussed. The ideas and initiatives expressed were positively evaluated by the university administration, and it was emphasized that the necessary measures would be taken to implement them in practice.
This meeting became not only a platform for open dialogue, but also an important space for revealing the inner potential of students. Feeling that they have a leader who listens to and supports them, students began to look at their future plans and goals with even greater confidence.
