A press tour was organized for journalists and bloggers at Karshi State University.
The event was held to provide a closer look at the ongoing construction works at the university, innovations in the educational process, and the modern conditions created for students and young people.
First, the university administration provided information about the opportunities being created for young people to receive quality education, engage in science, and realize their potential, as well as the construction works carried out in recent years. After that, press tour participants explored the university’s modern infrastructure and new facilities. In particular, they visited the 5-story Faculty of Foreign Languages building, the “Institut Français de Karshi” French language center located there, English language programs, the KOICA center, German, Russian, and Chinese language centers, the Erasmus+ program office, the media studio, the simultaneous interpretation classroom, and modern lecture halls. They also visited the modern stadium complex built for the “Lochin” football club. The facility, constructed in accordance with Pro League standards, includes a 1,400-seat stand, an artificial turf running track, and a two-story administrative building.
