Biology students continue scientific research even during the winter break
Scientific clubs operating under the Department of Biology at Kokand State University play an important role in enhancing students’ knowledge and practical skills. During club sessions, students strengthen their knowledge in modern and relevant areas of biological science.
Even during the winter vacation, scientific activities at the department continue uninterrupted. Under the guidance of faculty members, the department’s herbarium collection serves as an important resource for the effective organization of students’ academic and practical training. The collection includes plant specimens gathered from various regions, which are widely used in the study of plant systematics, morphology, and ecology.
