Education Knows No Borders: German Students at Bukhara State Technical University

The guests were warmly welcomed by Sadoqat Siddiqova, Rector of Bukhara State Technical University. In her speech, she emphasized that the visit is not only the beginning of the summer school, but also an important step towards establishing new and promising cooperation between the two universities.

As part of the programme, a two-week international summer school entitled “Exploring the Rapidly Developing Economy of Central Asia: ICT, Tourism and Cultural Heritage, and Industry 4.0” commenced its activities. Throughout the two-week programme, participants will exchange knowledge and experience in modern and promising fields such as ICT, tourism and cultural heritage, and Industry 4.0. In addition, new ideas, innovative approaches, and future cooperation projects will be discussed within an international academic environment. The summer school provides an important opportunity for faculty members and students to gain international experience, establish new academic and research contacts, and take the first steps towards joint projects.

👍 Bukhara State Technical University and Kempten University of Applied Sciences reached an agreement to further develop cooperation in the areas of student and faculty exchange, joint research, joint educational programmes, international grants, and research projects.
