New Opportunities for Graduates!

On 14 February 2025, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted the Resolution "On Additional Measures to Support the Employment of Higher Education Graduates", aimed at promoting youth employment, strengthening graduates' integration into the labor market, and improving workforce training through cooperation with the private sector and commercial banks.

Under the Resolution, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, together with JSC O‘zmilliybank (National Bank of Uzbekistan), is implementing the "Step to the Future" (Kelajakka Qadam) Program to support the employment of higher education graduates.

The "Step to the Future" Program has been designed to empower young people, guide them toward successful careers, and support them in launching their own businesses. It is more than just a project—it is an opportunity to turn young people's aspirations into reality and open the door to innovative opportunities. Through this program, graduates will not only receive a diploma but will also gain opportunities to secure employment in their field, acquire practical experience, and even establish their own businesses.
