Tashkent State University of Law introduces a new practical model for graduate employment
The Practice and Career Center of the Faculty of International Law and Comparative Jurisprudence of Tashkent State University of Law organized a meeting with representatives of an international partner — FE LLC "Franklin Templeton Asset Management".
The meeting, organized to implement the tasks defined by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 26, 2025, No. PF-232 "On Measures for the Further Reform of Legal Education and Science in the Republic of Uzbekistan," became the first event within a new mechanism aimed at establishing direct interaction between university graduates and employers.
As noted during the meeting, the company, acting as the trust manager of the National Investment Fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan, plans to engage young specialists to work in the fund's 13 portfolio companies. This creates an opportunity for graduates to gain professional experience in the field of corporate governance and to work in accordance with international standards.
In the first stage of selection, 33 candidates were chosen from among 70 graduates. Of these, 13 graduates became closely acquainted with the activities of "Franklin Templeton Asset Management," the company's corporate governance system and internal business processes, and also took part in the first stage of selection — the interview.
