UzJMCU Team — Winner of the "Zakovat" Intellectual Game
On June 27, in honor of the Press and Mass Media Workers’ Day, the International Press Club organized the "Zakovat" intellectual game for media representatives.
About 200 participants from 29 teams took part in the game. The "Zakovat" intellectual competition was held in two stages, consisting of 24 questions. The team from the Uzbekistan University of Journalism and Mass Communications (UzJMCU) actively participated and secured a respectable position.
Results:
- 1st place — Team “Oyina” received a cash prize of 18 million UZS and a trip to Samarkand sponsored by the national tour operator "The Travel".
- 2nd place — Team “UzJOKU” was awarded a cash prize of 15 million UZS.
- 3rd place — Team from “Yoshlar” TV channel received 12 million UZS.
Additionally, all teams were rewarded with certificates, souvenirs, and collections of books for their active participation by the partner organizations.
