General Information
Human Resources Management (HRM), or simply HR, is an organization’s internal policy and comprehensive function focused on recruiting, managing, and supporting the people who work within the organization. All processes and programmes that influence employees and their work are considered part of human resources management.
Human Resources Management functions include:

Assigning responsibility for human resources management within the organization;

Identifying the organization’s staffing requirements;

Analyzing whether it is more appropriate to use the services of independent contractors or hire employees directly;

Recruiting, selecting, and training employees;

Attracting and retaining the best employees who provide the organization with a competitive advantage;

Developing employees who represent both their personal brand and the organization’s brand;

Implementing tailored employee benefits and support programmes;

Training all employees on organizational standards and HR policies;

Developing, implementing, and maintaining HRM policies within the organization.
