- pedagogical activity in higher education, retraining and professional education institutions;
- Scientific research and processes in the Academy of Sciences and branch scientific-research institutes and centers, as well as institutions of the higher education system;
- educational and spiritual-educational processes in higher education institutions by specialty;
- covers a complex of objects engaged in scientific and technical projects, scientific-research works in educational and scientific-research institutions.
