Physics

The student of the Physics and Astronomy program must accumulate 30 credits during one semester, and 60 credits during one academic year. The study period is 4 years, and the student must pay 240 credits before the completion of the program.

T The amount of one ECTS credit in hours for a student is 1 credit 30 academic hours, and the student's annual study load is 60 credits 1800 academic hours. Of these, 50% are divided into classroom hours, 50% are independent study hours. The amount of credits that a student must acquire during the semester includes mandatory and elective subjects specified in the subject catalog.

60110700 – Physics and astronomy educational direction – disciplines, pedagogical tools, methods, techniques used in the process of training pedagogical personnel in the bachelor's degree program for general secondary schools, secondary specialized, vocational educational institutions; engage in scientific and pedagogical research work in sectoral scientific and research institutes of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education and as an independent researcher;

- conducting pedagogical activities as a teacher of physics and astronomy in general secondary education in accordance with the professional standard of a general secondary school teacher;

- conducting pedagogical activities as a teacher of physics and astronomy in secondary special and professional education;

- working in the education system as a cabinet manager, metaphysician, engineer, senior laboratory assistant, laboratory assistant and equivalent positions;

- physicist, astronomer, research engineer in the field of production;

- work in various business entities, non-governmental non-commercial and public organizations and other institutions;

- Engage in scientific-pedagogical research works at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and branch scientific research institutes and as an independent researcher;

- management of the educational institution in accordance with the professional standard of the general secondary school director;

- development of normative documents of the educational process, pedagogical technologies;
