  Preschool Education

  The Preschool Education programme is designed to train highly qualified specialists and educators in early childhood
  education who ensure the holistic development of children aged 3 to 7, the formation of their personality and their
  preparation for school. The dual mode of study enables students to combine theoretical preparation with teaching
  practice at preschool institutions, kindergartens and early childhood development centres.

  Programme Objectives

  To prepare specialists with the psychological and pedagogical knowledge, methodological mastery and professional
  competencies required to work with young children, and who can apply modern early childhood education methodologies
  (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, STEAM, play-based learning) in practice.

  Skills Acquired:

  • Organising educational and developmental activities for children aged 3–7 in line with their age characteristics
  • Delivering lessons based on play-based, interactive and project-based methodologies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia)
  • Observing and assessing children's developmental progress
  • Communicating effectively with parents and providing family counselling
  • Ensuring children's safety and providing first aid

  Career Opportunities

  Graduates of this programme can pursue successful careers as preschool teachers and group leaders at state and private
   kindergartens, methodologists and directors at preschool institutions, educators at children's development centres,
  directors of private children's clubs and Montessori centres, specialists at regional and district preschool education
   departments, and authors of educational materials and developmental games for children.
