Brief Description:

The objective of the program is to train highly qualified specialists possessing modern knowledge, skills, and competencies in the field of the tax system, taxation mechanisms, public finance, and tax administration. Graduates will acquire the capability to apply tax legislation in practice, calculate and analyze the tax liabilities of legal entities and individuals, prepare tax reports, conduct tax control, assess and manage tax risks, as well as analyze the financial activities of state and business entities.

Internship / Practical Training:

During the 2nd semester of their 4th year, students complete a professional internship at the State Tax Committee and its subordinate regional branches.

Career Prospects:

Graduates can pursue careers in state tax authorities, finance and economy departments, auditing and consulting companies, banking and financial institutions, insurance organizations, and the finance and tax divisions of enterprises and corporations. They will have opportunities to work as tax advisors, tax inspectors, auditors, financial analysts, accountants, tax managers, and financial consultants. The program establishes the necessary foundation of theoretical and practical knowledge to continue studies at the Master's (MSc) and subsequently Doctoral (PhD) levels, providing a strong basis for conducting scientific research.
