Our goal

The purpose of our department, based on the above-mentioned prospective tasks, includes the following:

training highly qualified, creative and systematic thinkers, capable of making independent decisions based on international standards, creating the necessary conditions for them to demonstrate their intellectual abilities and develop as spiritually mature individuals;

introduction of digital technologies and modern methods into the educational process;

· increase the effectiveness of scientific and research work in the activity of the department, wide involvement of young people in scientific activities, formation of innovative infrastructure of science;

· increasing the effectiveness of spiritual-educational and educational activities;

· active involvement of personnel customers in the process of training highly qualified specialists;

· strengthening material and technical support of the department;

· systematic development of department activities and improvement of management activities;

introduction of effective mechanisms to fight against corruption and ensure transparency;

· to increase the investment attractiveness of the department, to ensure international recognition and competitiveness.

Our duties

Based on our above goals, the following tasks have been defined:

- to make a worthy contribution to strengthen the position of our university in the ranking of internationally recognized organizations (Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings, Times Nearer Education or Academic Ranking of World Universities), publish scientific articles with international partner universities, promote our department to carry out scientific research within the field of lim;

- a systematic approach and strengthening of the transfer of the educational process to the credit-module system in our department;

- based on international experiences, introduction of advanced standards of education in the department, including gradual transition from education focused on acquiring theoretical knowledge to the educational system focused on formation of practical skills in educational programs;

- raising the content of higher education to a new level in terms of quality. The department is able to quickly and qualitatively adapt to new changes with the help of professional development of professors and researchers, researchers in prestigious foreign institutions, training of highly qualified personnel who can find their place in the labor market;

- to add the effective contribution of the department to the gradual introduction of the "University 3.0" concept, which provides for the inextricable connection between the activities of commercialization of the results of education, science, innovation and scientific research in higher educational institutions; That is, to be able to freely sell the department's own developments and inventions on the free market, to freely apply commercialization issues and to increase the quality of education.

- implementation of five initiatives, which include comprehensive measures aimed at creating additional conditions for education and training of students and youth;

- to increase the level of coverage of higher education for the segments of the population in need of social protection, including persons with disabilities, to strengthen cooperation with schools in remote villages, and to improve infrastructure conditions for them.
