About the programme
The Bachelor's Programme in Food Technology (by product types) — 60720100 — trains highly qualified specialists in the production, processing, and quality assurance of food products. The programme combines a strong scientific foundation with applied, practice-oriented training in modern food-production and processing technologies.
Students develop competencies in the technologies of producing, processing, and storing various types of food products, ensuring product quality and safety, standardization and certification, and laboratory analysis and quality control. The curriculum also covers the optimization of production processes and the introduction of innovative, resource-efficient technologies, as well as the teaching of specialized subjects in the field.
Throughout the programme, students gain practical, applied experience alongside their theoretical training. Graduates are prepared to work in food-production and processing enterprises and organizations, scientific-research institutes, customs-service laboratories, quality-control and certification bodies, state and local management bodies, and state and non-state educational institutions, as well as to pursue scientific-pedagogical activity in general secondary, secondary specialized, and vocational education institutions.
