Turan International University operates on the basis of State License No. 248791, issued on 23 June 2022 by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Instruction is offered in full-time and evening formats and in the Uzbek, Russian, and English languages. Classes are taught by international and local professors and instructors who are graduates of leading universities in such countries as South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, Austria, India, China, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
